These terms apply when you use loreglasslabs.com, play Crater Canyon, or buy from Loreglass Labs. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Purchases

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Your license

When you buy Crater Canyon or related content, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. Loreglass Labs keeps all rights to the game, its content, and this site.

Beta software

Crater Canyon is in beta. Features may change, and you may run into bugs. We work to fix problems quickly, but we can't promise the game will always be available or error-free.

Acceptable use

Don't cheat, exploit bugs to harm others, reverse-engineer the game, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Loreglass Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
