Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases of Crater Canyon and related digital content sold by Loreglass Labs.

Digital purchases

Crater Canyon purchases are digital and are delivered immediately. Because of that, purchases are generally final once delivered.

When we will refund you

• You were charged more than once, or charged in error.
• You paid but did not receive what you bought, and we can't fix it.
• A technical problem on our side keeps you from using your purchase, and we can't resolve it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@loreglasslabs.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used to pay and the date of the charge. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
